The hilarious thing about this image? There is only one item of mesh involved (the ears/piercing combo). The rest of it is all clothing layer and flexiprims. It’s so old (Christ, is three years ago considered old, even?) that the Gabriel items are now in the sale section. Never mind “you’re so 2008”; it’s so 2011 ;-)
