Short and sweet this evening, my sartorial darlings. Hot on the heels of George, comes Sasa – the new female HDPRO release by Catwa Clip, now out at the CATWA mainstore.
With every new Catwa female head release, I always try plunking them on Syd and seeing what I can do to make them work for him. For those new to my blog, Syd is Skell’s bishōnen persona. He’s a punky, mouthy pretty boy, who wears Maitreya Lara with the flat chest add-on, and he’s my occasional escape into heels and colour (because damn it, nobody has yet made a well-supported male body with heeled feet).
Sasa comes with BoM head skins by Session. Now, I do own Session’s male body skins but of course they don’t map onto the Maitreya flat chest. However, thanks to some BoM neck blends by Izzie Button of Izzie’s, it was simple to blend between the Session Tone 03 BoM head skin for Sasa, and the Maitreya BoM skin ‘Pink Fuel Latte’. I used Izzie’s neck blend in Tone 16 and tinted to RGB 244,233,230 for a perfect blend between two completely unrelated skins. You might think I used that choker to cover a neck seam, but nope; I used it because I love it. No need to cover any neck seam, because there ain’t one ;-)
I’ve fallen hard for Dotty’s Secret cosmetics of late. Starting out selling amazing drag queen makeup, they have taken that bold aesthetic into a more mainstream direction and now also create HD applier and BoM makeup for Catwa HDPRO, Lelutka Evo, and Genus. And those brows? On-frickin’-fleek. Both eyeshadow and brows can currently be found at Skin Fair.
